The Accelerator Program is designed exclusively for Nutivate graduates who want to:
- Go deeper with the habits they’ve already built
- Strengthen their consistency and structure
- Continue their progress with support, focus, and expert coaching
- Maintain momentum through summer and into the back-to-school season
This is not a repeat of Nutivate — it’s the natural next step for women who want to solidify their results and integrate the habits into their lifestyle fully.
🔁 What We’ll Cover
Over 4 months, we’ll revisit the 6 core Nutivate habits — but this time:
- With new tools and real-world strategies
- With more coaching depth and habit troubleshooting
- Focusing especially on the habits that may have felt rushed, skipped, or difficult to master — like:
- Eating slowly
- Stopping at 80% full
- Adjusting fat intake with confidence
You already know these habits — now it’s time to own them.
🌟 New Habits You’ll Learn
In addition to deepening your existing habits, we’ll introduce 3 new habits designed to support your ongoing growth — especially during busy or unpredictable seasons like summer:
- Daily Meal & Time Planning
→ A 5-minute ritual that brings clarity, structure, and calm to your day - Eat Only When Hungry
→ Strengthen hunger awareness and reduce emotional or mindless eating - Practice Self-Compassion
→ Move beyond guilt and perfectionism — and learn how to bounce back and stay consistent with confidence
🧠 Program Format
- 8 Zoom coaching sessions over 4 months (biweekly)
- Small group (maximum 6) for close connection and individual attention
- Each session includes:
- 1 core or new habit focus
- Live 1:1 coaching with Dr. Shady
- Group discussion + weekly challenge
- WhatsApp support between sessions (light accountability & encouragement)
- Printable tracker + end-of-program habit integration plan
