About This Course

1-About

Nutivate Juniors is a 7-week, holistic nutrition and lifestyle program designed to help your child build healthy habits that last a lifetime. This isn’t about dieting or strict food rules—it’s about awareness, confidence, and connection.

Throughout the program, your child will:

  • ✅ Learn how to listen to their body and identify real hunger vs. emotional eating.
  • ✅ Understand the role of food—not just what to eat, but why.
  • ✅ Build 6 powerful habits (eating slowly, stopping at 80% fullness, smart carbs, veggies, protein, healthy fats).
  • ✅ Practice mindfulness and reflection to improve focus, body awareness, and self-control.
  • ✅ Gain autonomy and confidence to make their own healthy choices.
  • ✅ Enjoy fun daily challenges, interactive group support, and hands-on activities (both online and on-ground).
  • ✅ Leave with lifelong tools for physical and emotional well-being.

This is a supportive, empowering environment where kids learn through fun, not pressure.

⚠️ Disclaimer:

This program is most effective when the decision to join comes from the child themselves.
While parental support is essential, children should feel curious, open, and personally motivated to participate. If a child is pushed into the program without their interest or consent, it may lead to resistance or a negative experience. We encourage parents to have an open conversation and invite their child into the process with excitement—not pressure.

2- Who It’s For

This program is for kids aged 10–15 years old who:

  • Are curious about how to eat healthier without being told to “go on a diet.”
  • Struggle with overeating, picky eating, or emotional eating
  • Struggle with peer pressure and eating outside
  • Want to feel stronger, more focused, and more confident in their choices.
  • Need help building routines and healthy eating habits.
  • Are open to trying new things and learning in a fun, supportive way.
  • Have parents who are ready to support and collaborate in the process.

3-Who It’s Not For

Nutivate Juniors may not be the right fit if:

  • You are looking for a weight-loss-focused program with strict diet plans or calorie tracking or meal plans
  • Your child has a diagnosed eating disorder or needs one-on-one clinical support (we recommend working with a licensed specialist).
  • You or your child are not open to the idea of habit-building over time rather than instant results.
  • Your child is not willing to engage or participate in learning activities and group interactions.

How We Assess Progress & Success in Nutivate Juniors

Our Approach: Mindful, Habit-Based, and Child-Led

We focus on behavioural change, mindset, and body awareness—not numbers on a scale. Success is measured by how much a child is:

  • Practicing the daily habits consistently
  • Able to recognize and respond to hunger and fullness cues
  • Building a positive relationship with food
  • Gaining confidence and independence around food choices
  • Feeling improvements in energy, focus, digestion, or mood
  • Becoming more mindful and reflective
  • Willing to try new foods and explore variety
  • Learning to check in with their body and adjust based on its needs

We use tools like:

  • 🌟 Weekly self-reflection and habit tracking
  • 🌈 Parent observations & feedback
  • 🗣️ Group discussions and shared experiences
  • 💬 Self-assessment forms before and after the program
  • 📸 Fun check-ins (e.g., “show us your colorful plate!” or “rate your fullness today”)
