Oatmeal & Fruits
/No complications and no hard to pronounce food ingredients, it is simply oats!
Ingredients:
Mix half a cup of oats
Favourite seasonal fruits (peaches, prunes and pears in my case),
Add a cup of yogurt for some extra proteins
Top it with honey to sweeten it up.
You will then have a perfectly balanced and healthy breakfast in 5 minutes.
