Shrimp & Baby Spinach Salad
/Ingredients:
100 gm Shrimps
100 gm Smoked Salmon
50 gm Buffalo Mozzarella
150 gm Fresh Baby Spinach
2 tbsp Roasted Pine Nuts
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
Salt and Pepper
Preparation Direction:
On top of a bed of fresh baby spinach add shrimps, smoked salmon, buffalo mozzarella, a handful of roasted pine nuts, then drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. You could also add some ground pepper and salt to taste. shot!
